Daycare Policies

If fleas are found on your pet during their stay, they will be given a medicated shampoo bath for a $55 fee or sent home immediately.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge. Dogs who do not show up for their reservation will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Breeds not accepted due to insurance policies:

Tso Inu, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, Bull Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier / Pitbull, Boerboel, Gull Dong, Basenji, American Bulldog, Brazilliam Mastiff (Fila Brasileiro), The Perro de Presa, Canario, Anita Inu, Wolf Hybrid, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, Caucasian Ovcharka, Canary or any type of mastiff dog including mixed.

Boarding Policies

Food brought in in bags or containers where our staff has to measure and scoop out food will have an extra charge of $3 per meal. The meal packaging fee will be applied to your pet’s invoice. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container or zip-lock but must be labeled with your pet's name.

Cancellation Policy for Boarding during non peak seasons - A 7 day notice is required for any cancellations, shortening, or rescheduling without incurring a fee. The deposit will be refunded as store credit only. Notice less than 7 days will incur a 20% fee; less than 3 days will incur a 50% fee and less than 48 hours will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy for Boarding during peak seasons - Deposits made during peak seasons and holidays are non-refundable.

Peak holidays include New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Peak seasons include Spring break (March 30 - April 6, 2024) , Fall break, and Winter break.

Credit cards are required for all overnight reservations.

Dogs not picked by their owner 24 hours after scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned and will be taken to the shelter. This is after every attempt is made to contact everyone listed on record.

vaccination requirements

Dogs must have proof of vaccinations on file for Rabies, DHPP and Kennel Cough. Dogs without current vaccinations on file will not be permitted to stay. If your dog is 8 months old or older, your dog must be spayed or neutered.
