requirements to play

New guest must pass a Temperament Test to enter our play areas. Dogs must have proof of vaccinations on file for Rabies, DHPP, and Kennel Cough. Dogs must be on flea and tick prevention from spring to fall. Dogs without current vaccinations will not be permitted to stay. Dogs must be in good health and free of disease and parasites. Your dog must be spayed or neutered if it is 8 months or older. Dogs showing signs of illness will not be permitted to stay.

Deposit requirements

A 50% deposit is required on all reservations except for Holidays and Peak seasons when a 100% deposit is required.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge. Dogs who do not show up for their reservation will be charged the total price of the reservation.
